Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate 2019s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker 2019s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800 retail stores. Kwik Trip customers are able to enjoy our multiple bread and bun varieties.

Join our Bread Make Up Crew where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make our delicious bread products.

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday working 4:00am to 2:00pm

Qualifications: Accurate and detail orientated; adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards; basic math aptitude; willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks; work in a fast paced production environment; work in a noisy environment; work well alone/as part of team; work in a safety conscious environment.

Prior production or baking experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90 degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.
