The Manager Safety and Security is responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of all security, public safety, emergency management, and telecommunications operations across assigned facilities. This role ensures a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs in compliance with regulatory standards. The Manager collaborates with internal departments and external agencies to maintain readiness and respond effectively to emergencies.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience.
- Applicable certifications within 1.5 years of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Applicable bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 5 years of Public Service, Workplace Safety, Security, or Emergency Management experience.
