Great HVAC Service Technician Opportunity in Wisconsin!
& 3 yrs of experience - open to residential candidates looking to move into commercial work
& controls experience a plus
& hospitals, offices, retail, and warehouses
& Prefer someone local or someone who has lived there previously
& They have low turnover and are looking for candidates with a stable work history.
& non-union
& company vehicle, tool allowances, and company-provided uniforms
& Growth visibility and long-term opportunity
Looking for candidates with backgrounds in estimating, project management, service sales, or a mix of technical and client-facing roles. Field experience valued…candidates with a technician/installer background who’ve transitioned into sales or project roles tend to do well.
