- Coordinates projects, attends meetings, takes minutes, and prepares reports for the department<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Performs general office responsibilities including telephone, email, correspondence, filing, mail processing, and room reservations, ordering supplies requested<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Directs students and faculty to appropriate resources\/departments<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Assists faculty and students with daily workflows, resources, and questions<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Assists with new hires for full and adjunct faculty including paperwork and orientation to office related tasks<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Assists in planning and coordinating events, including visit days, workshops, seminars, graduation events, and others as necessary for the department<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Maintains electronic files for students, faculty, and alumni, as well as databases for guest lecturers, lab assistants, and adjunct instructors<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Assists department program director and faculty in completion of accreditation and technical documents<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Develops, edits, and sends communications, mass mailing, web postings, etc.<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
5c>5c>- Assist with review of student applications and records, and preparation distribution of acceptance letters<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
