| Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree. |
| Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | PhD highly preferred or Master’s degree and substantial experience in higher education. Excellent oral and written communication and proficiency. Knowledge of research methods and educational contexts.
