Commercial Lines Account Manager

In-office Position &- Chicago Area

Salary &- $60,000-$70,000

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager looking for a dynamic growth opportunity in a leading independent agency with a multi-regional presence along the East Coast. Join the commercial team of this growing brokerage working with their Select accounts where your expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty will make a real impact.

This role is ideal for an account manager with experience servicing business accounts in the Norfolk area. They are seeking-a-professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for full-cycle account servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of higher end small-medium commercial accounts
  • Process new submissions efficiently
  • Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of commercial lines experience preferred
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Proficiency in AMS 360
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
