| Duties and Responsibilities | Adjunct faculty will observe, instruct, and evaluate current MUPA students during evidenced -based medicine course series and Capstone. Faculty will lead small group discussions, review submissions, provide formative feedback, attend prep sessions, and grade assigned student assignments. |
| Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | PA Masters Degree and PA Certification. |
| Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Applicants ideally possess educational teaching skills as a PA student preceptor or teacher for PA education. Interest in evidence-based practice and evaluation. Ability to work with small groups of students and one on one, grading and providing feedback. |
