Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate 2019s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker 2019s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Assistant Food Manager

Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to make a difference in the communities we serve. Our Assistant Food Managers are responsible for our food program. They prepare foods, delegate tasks, train coworkers, resolve customer complaints, set the example for excellent customer service, ensure the team focuses on achieving daily goals, assist with merchandising, and most importantly ensure that the highest quality of customer service is being met on a daily basis

Requirements:

00B7 Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift

00B7 Great people skills

00B7 Enjoy a fast paced work environment

00B7 Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly

00B7 Desire to help others

00B7 Maintain a clean and inviting store

00B7 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep

00B7 Ability to get others motivated to complete tasks and meet goals

00B7 Knowledgeable on food safety and sanitation

00B7 Lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day
