Program Manager &- Turtle Lake, WI

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Turtle Lake, WI facility to manages the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services providing site based commercial management and customer service support to internal and external customers. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on meeting customer expectations for new or upgrading existing products. Monitors and effectively communicates the project from initiation through delivery with the collaboration of other disciplines while meeting or exceeding financial goals specific to that program. ​​​​​​

Nature of Duties:

  • Serves as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met from a commercial standpoint.
  • Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract and in the best interests of Sanmina.
  • Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order or to revise or upgrade existing product.
  • Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O mitigation and reduction, uPPV, Credit, RMA’s), and business development.
  • Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.
  • Drive all customer service and satisfaction initiatives and coach other disciplines to support this.
  • Obtains accurate and timely data to support the order/forecast supply commit process.
  • Facilitates the resolution of any planning / ordering conflicts with the customer and site.
  • Utilizes the backlog to improve order management performance.
  • Analyzes customer forecast for accuracy issues.
  • Drives customer Key Performance Indicators, such as Operational, Quality, and Material management metrics.
  • Manages product EOL process with minimal cost exposure to Sanmina and customer.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years experience as a Program Manager, or 13 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree
