Job Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift in Vernon County, Wisconsin. This well-established food manufacturing company has been producing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 30 years. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly influence culture, performance, and team development.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
  • Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, QA, and other shift leaders
  • Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and drive resolution in real time
  • Communicate shift performance metrics, planning needs, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and hold accountability
  • Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety compliance
  • Experience working with production data and reporting systems
  • Mechanically inclined and capable of operating production equipment
  • Motivated, solutions-driven, and a clear communicator
